We invite you for a day of exploration of connection in yourself and with others. We once again want to create the magical atmosphere we did together in April by gathering in the circle to explore several teachings that offer space to learn, inspire and bring joy.

SOMA Breathwork
This breathwork will help you drop into your body to experience feelings and sensations safely, to replenish your energy and restore a sense of lightness and freeness from the mind’s hyperactivity or brain fog.
Circling
This is a powerful practice of meditation-in-connection, authentic relating, embodied presence and aliveness. Come check it out if you’re curious.
You will experience mindfulness to connect to sensations in your body and explore the aliveness in the moment together in communication practices.
Sound Healing
We will simply lay and allow the sounds to do their magic…..

This is an invitation to surrender to the journey of your inner landscape supporting you to rest, release and receive. The magical bowls are made of pure crystal quartz which emanates a very high frequency supporting to shift the state of consciousness, creating a harmonious link between the physical /mental and spiritual body.
We will complete the day with mantra
