Atlantic Festival

With 20 years of existence, this is the official event that opens the door for Summer in Madeira. Every Saturday in June, an international competition takes place in Funchal’s bay, where each participating country chooses a theme and exhibits the talent, novelties and advances in pyrotechnics art.
The firework display is accompanied by music and a great diversity of colours.
