IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Arrive 5 minutes early for the online class.
Refrain from big meals 90 mins beforehand and no food 45 mins before a session as it can be uncomfortable to breathe with a full stomach. Tea and water are ok.
Wear casual, comfortable clothes.
